A frantic lady swept around us while we were eating 😡as part of the Monopoly promotion we noticed that we had no stickers on the drink cups. 😉By the way, this affected all guests! Upon request we received our two stickers. No WiFi available and absolutely terrible cell phone reception rounded off our first and last visit!
I'm really not against foreigners, but how can you put people in charge of ordering and serving who really can't speak or understand a single word of German. Orders sometimes take a really long time and then the wrong or incomplete order often arrives. It used to be different.
Other than the abysmally poor parking / drive through layout this place is pretty decent alough it has a pretty compact layout so there's not much room to dine inside most days, more often than not neither my colleagues nor I can never find an available parking spot within the property line theres often parking on the side of the road or even in some of the structures /parking lots across the road

In the first case, we were with children. They walked around the institution and looked. The worker apparently did not like their activity, she came up and sharply pulled the child's hand. It was very unpleasant. If she found the behavior of the children unacceptable, she had to approach the parents and say so. The second case - they forgot to put a package of nuggets in our order. The check was given to the waiter. After a while, he brought the missing nuggets. But the child waited until the situation cleared up. As far as I understand, the McDonald's network operates worldwide according to the same standards. In Ukraine, if such situations arise, a flyer for coffee or ice cream is issued as a compliment from the institution for a long wait. In this case, there was nothing of the sort. Unfortunately.

Absolutely incompetent employees work there, especially a man who almost falls asleep while working. I had to pay €42 at the order terminal and then paid €53 at the checkout. I had to go to the checkout because the card payment at the terminal didn't work and suddenly it was €10 more. An impudence! The employee couldn't explain why and didn't even count the money I gave him. It was even about 50 cents too much. Afterwards he came to the table and said there was still money missing, then he came back and gave me €1 again because he didn't count it correctly. The price still wasn't right. He was so crazy and slow that he entered the wrong number into the system and we then waited 45 minutes for our food with the wrong number! I wonder how a man can be so incompetent! A man who messes everything up! At the end there was an ice cold meal. Many thanks to this employee!
Nice restaurant. Food up to standards. Fast service (Sunday lunch). Friendly and helpful staff. Clean toilets. Easy access from the motorway. Changing table available. Kids area indoor and outside (due to the cold?) unfortunately out of service.
I ordered a glas of smoothie in a menu. They give me only 0,3l instead of 0,4l , because I didn't wanr ice!?!?Maybe because was only 25Celsius.Over 30Celsius they will give you more ice to cool, so less juice!
Nice that you could connect to the Internet for free for 3 hours, however, there are no outlets there if you need to charge anything. Also, the entire place was sticky.
