We actually always drove here specifically because everything went smoothly. But today was absolutely disappointing. All 4 self-ordering terminals had quirks and barely worked. Everything was canceled for me shortly before the end, but I couldn't redeem points and vouchers again.Should then order on your cell phone. Of course, that didn't work without problems. Apparently you can only order a bigmc menu in the morning?!I've definitely lost my hunger with all this back and forth.
Extremely unfriendly! I (according to my own statement) have problems with card payment and then attack my colleague because the payment didn't work out and he asks why his food isn't on the waiting list....
Probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to! Although on the motorway (A1 towards Cologne) but TOP! 1A service and friendliness! The team, mainly consisting of women, was super committed! All the dishes were freshly prepared, and the fries were the best I've ever eaten at Mäcces 👍
Looks like still is very popular this chain in Germany (at least in this area and close to the road), many options of hamburguers to choose, coffee and cakes. Around 14€ per menu.
There is a SANIFAIR toilet here, but the condition is very dirty and smelly. Some functions don't work properly, the closet lid doesn't rotate to clean, the tissue sensor is damaged, and the payment function can only use coins, the card/mobile payment function is broken.
Rude girl/woman, she prepare the order of the kids meal and then put the chicken of the second order in the frier. After 10minutes I asked the fries of my kid to be changed because its been more than 10minutes she was rude
I can only write about the night shift. I get the feeling that they are ill prepared. Some items on the menu were not available. Other items were available, but 'it would take a long time' was the answer of the counter staff.The customer area was tidy, but the area around the fryer especially looked as if could have used some tender loving care.
